My bro-inlaws Ram 2500 2WD has a squeak noise that comes from the front. It's not constant and only happens around 1-10 MPH. Definably noticeable when wheel is turned to go into driveway or turning, but not all the time.
I noticed the stabilizer link bushings are dryrot and definably need to be replaced. Didn't have time to check out the sway bar bushings or lift up the truck to rotate the wheel to hear if it's the wheel bearing. Should have time next weekend to take a look.
Rotor dust shield rubbing against the rotor or squeaking is coming from the stabilizer link would be about right?

If it was the sway bar you would hear it at other times as well. If they look rotted kd have them replaced as well though.

ball joints. Rams are notorious for them going out

check his tie rods, inner and outer. My truck used to do that when the outer tie for was worn out.

I'll make sure to check that.

Thanks. I'll pretty much do a whole front end check up.
